How to Order
Step 1.You upload, post your images or you e-mail us to request a quote (if requesting a quote go to step 3).- Step 2. You contact us with your name, contact details, naming the files you sent, image instructions and the services you require. Please confirm how you want to accept the finished imagery
- Step 3. We will contact you to provide a quote and to clarify instructions if necessary.
- Step 4. You confirm the acceptance of quote
- Step 5. We edit the image as per your instructions - be it a restoration, a photo edit or art piece.
- Step 6. We e-mail the initial image to the you for feedback and review.
- Step 7. On acceptance of the image proof, we will either upload image, e-mail or post it - final payment is due before the final image is despatched.
How To Pay
On acceptance of the finished image proof we will send you an invoice via e-mail requesting payment of the required amount. This email will contain the different methods of payments available and a link that will take you to the PayPal web site.
This is via a secure connection and if you have not previously used PayPal before then PayPal will send an e-mail explaining how to create an account with PayPal.

- Card payments can made via the PayPal - how to pay via Paypal will be attached to your invoice.
Please note
- We cannot take card payments over the phone and please allow time for cheques to clear.
- Payments are due on receipt of a accepted digital proof but some photo restoration jobs will require either a deposit or full payment before work is started.
- International payments should be paid through PayPal and pictures are dispatched after payment is cleared.
