Post and Packaging

If you are taking the trouble to get a picture restored, it makes sense to pack it very carefully!

Always remove any glass or other breakable mount or frame. If the picture is stuck to the glass please don't try to remove it, you may make things much worse.

Place the photo between two sheets of cardboard - the card from a cardboard box is fine.

If the photo is stuck to glass, do the same, but make sure to wrap several layers of bubble wrap around as well. When sending several pictures, please don't put them face to face and make sure to separate them with a sheet of clean paper.

Always post your picture by SPECIAL/RECORDED DELIVERY so that we have to sign on receipt. This also gives you the opportunity to track the parcel if necessary.

Non-UK customers should always use a trackable or courier based service.

Canvas Order delivery charges are £6 per canvas.

Orders including the return of originals are sent Recorded Delivery (UK only) charged according to weight.
