Sending your Photos / Imagery to us

There are a number of ways you can send us your photos -

Via Upload - We accept uploaded files for all the services we offer.

If digitally uploading, please use file names using the following format 'yourname' 'today's date' and file extension e.g.
for example - psmith010109.jpg or pjones311208.tiff

or if there is more than one file,
psmith010109a.jpg and psmith010109b.jpg etc.

The following file types are accepted: JPEG, TIFF, PSD, RAW, PNG

Files can be up to 200MB.

Large files take a long time to upload on slow connections, so please be patient.

The upload is via MailBigFile.com - no need to create an account, just click to browse then upload.

Via this site

Using e-mail is only recommended for images of less than 10 MB and please label the file appropiately - to e-mail Riverside Photo any imagery please use This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Via Post

Alternately you send your photos to us using our postal address on our contact us page - this perhaps offers the best solution as this enables us to use our high resolution scanning software and equipment.

Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for images sent by post so please use the appropiate delivery option e.g. Special or Recorded Delivery (in the UK).

There are many stores on the high street who offer scanninng services and in these cases we also accept images on CD and DVD.

Your Requirements

Please Tell us if there are any specific photo edits or enhancements that you would like carried out - otherwise if they are not stated, we will use our experience and judgement to determine what edits are required.

If we are unsure about any of the edits required or we need more information we will contact you via e-mail.
